So, I had a pleasant surprise this morning when Farm Fresh to You dropped off my CSA box this morning at 6am. Awesome!! Now, anyone have suggestions for what I can do with this stuff without letting any of it spoil? I already have a fridge full of pickles, so that’s out. Please share!

Aw, I always feel a twinge of jealousy when I see American posts about CSA boxes!! There's no such delivery service here in Australia… so I have to lug myself out to the local market (I guess that's not exactly a bad thing… but slightly less convenient!). Love your blog. Gorgeous fresh recipes!

Oven Roast the Beets, Carrots, Broccoli and squash. Toss them all together with some olive oil, thyme and garlic, then roast on 400 for about 45 minutes. Colorful and delicious. Then make a giant salad
